Tequila & Mezcal

Tequila is a uniquely Mexican drink and we have more than 40 varieties for you to choose from! The name tequila is strictly controlled and producers must make it from specific ingredients in selected geographic regions to be able to label their drink with the name. Tequila has to be made from blue agave, spirits made from other agaves are labelled as Mezcal. Like other spirits, tequila can be aged which dramatically changes the flavour and drinking experience. Young tequilas are zestier and punchy and best used mixed in a cocktail whereas aged tequilas have more mellow, earthy flavours and should be sipped.
