Autopilot is an all-American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one they really pushed the limits with.
To start, they pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as they could, then threw in their largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel whilst also making our highest ABV Oat Cream to date.
And now for the important part... they threw in six of their favourite American hops including cryo Citra, cryo Amarillo and cryo Mosaic as late kettle additions and then excessive amounts of Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Centennial and Simcoe over two separate dry hops.
Finally, they borrowed our house hazy strain from Be Kind Rewind and Status Quo to push those fruity hops to the highest level!
