A Southern Australian wine from multiple vines all grown in one of Australia's most well known wine growing region. Only the most splendid fruit was chosen to make this multi-award winning Shiraz. Tasting notes:
Colour: Deep Ruby Red.
Aroma: Red berry aromas with a slight anise/liquorice note. A prominent whiff of oak and blackberry as well.
Palate: Quite a soft yet rich juicy palate of dark cherries, liquorice with a subtle spice. A very well rounded wine with great complexity.
Finish: Quite persistent with the cherries continuing.
Alcohol Percentage: 15.5%.
