The fourth release of spirit from the Ardnamurchan distillery. Adelphi's approach is different to the majority of new distilleries as it has been releasing mature spirit with some components under 3 years old. This release features 2 butts, 6 hogsheads and 21 octaves all from American and Spanish oak ex-sherry (Oloroso and PX). A limited release of just over 5000 bottles.
Notes of Creme caramel with candied orange, manuka honey and mango; rock salt, liquorice, maple-cured smoked bacon and extinguished peat kilns.
