Berry Brothers No3 London Dry Gin is distilled at one of the oldest distilleries in Holland.
The carefully selected botanicals are placed in copper pot stills. They are then combined with pure grain alcohol and demineralised water. From here they are softly stirred and left to settle for 24 hours. This process allows for all essential oils to be drawn from the botanicals.
After 24 hours, the distillation process can commence. The copper pot is warmed, which turns liquid to vapour, and then turns back to liquid again. The gin is left to settle, and then diluted to an alcohol volume of 46%.
To enjoy the great-tasting botanicals, including three fruits and three spices, it is best to drink this neat. You will experience refreshing aromas with a strong smell of juniper. There is an enjoyable lemon, spicy taste as the gin goes over your palette.
