Black Gate distillery is located in Central West NSW and is operated by a husband and wife team. The distillery began in 2009 and has quickly earned a reputation for producing high-quality, Australian whisky. Their whisky is made using direct fired copper pot stills which help to produce a spirit with rich flavours.
