Whisky overview:
This is Black Gates second Port cask expression that has been double distilled in a traditional direct fired copper pot still. It was Distilled in October 2014 and bottled in November 2017. 199 bottles were made and hand numbered. The whisky was matured in an 100L ex-port cask. This whisky was also mentioned in the November Financial Review as one of the Top 20 Drinks in Australia in 2017.
