Pappy Van Winkle Family 23 YR is a product of the Buffalo Trace Distillery. This extremely rare bourbon is carefully distilled by Buffalo Trace master distillers to deliver a long-lasting finish bourbon that is best enjoyed neat.
The aromas you will detect include oak, leather and nuts. The aromas are paired nicely with vanilla and honey tastes. In 2012 the 23 YR bourbon was a Chairman’s Trophy Finalist at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge - a highly prestigious event. The spirit also picked up a double gold medal at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
