Although it bears striking resemblance to Kentucky bourbons, legally it must be labelled as a sour mash as the word ‘bourbon’ is used as a geographical identifier.
Tiger Snake is appropriately named after the many snakes who find their way into the West Australian distillery.
Tiger Snake Sour Mash is made from Western Australian ingredients comprised of corn, rye and barley. The drink delivers strong notes of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts.
