Klipdrift Premium is produced in the town of Robertson, located in the Western Cape Province of South Africa, known as the valley of wine and roses.
A combination of precise distillery methods in copper pot stills and the use of fine French Oak barrels allows for a premium, full-bodied brandy to emerge. Only the grapes of the highest quality are used to assist in the rich combination of flavours that form from a slow maturation.
Aromas of cedar, warm spices and tobacco are evident with a subtle detection of apple and walnuts. It is recommended to best enjoy Klipdrift Premium neat or served over a couple of ice blocks.
