The process begins by soaking Yarra Valley shiraz grapes with their gin. Eight weeks later they strain the fruit before infusing it with more rare dry gin.

The Bloody Shiraz Gin is a rich, berry-flavoured gin that is sure to delight the taste buds of any gin lover. You will detect strong juniper flavours with hints of the famous Yarra Shiraz white pepper aromas.

Much different to Sloe Gin, that contains an alcohol content of less than 30%, the Bloody Shiraz Gin has an ABV of 37.8% which makes it ideal for a variety of cocktails.
