Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is an exciting gin that has an explosion of flavours.
The gin begins with a collection of ingredients that are slowly distilled. Eight botanicals are then added to the copper pot including meadowsweet, cardamom, juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root and orris root.
This limited edition is in a beautiful ceramic bottle.
An additional four botanicals are added to the vapour basket which includes gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit and kaffir lime.
Once the gin has rested and matured the end result is a one-of-a-kind gin that pushes normal gin boundaries.
