In 2009, Fairfax and Sam started the very first copper distillery in London since the 1820s. They had big dreams - to bring a London Dry Gin of the utmost quality and character back to the famous city where the spirit first earned its name.

The main ingredient in Sipsmith GIn is Juniper Berries. The berries are macerated in warm spirit to pop the skins and release the flavours and essences.

You can expect strong flavours of juniper, followed by lemon tart and orange marmalade as you enjoy this gin. Floral aromas are dominant followed by mellow rounded juniper.

Sipsmith Gin collected a gold medal at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Each bottle of Sipsmith Gin is hand-made into small batches by their skilled Distillers.
