Hippocampus Gin is the product of an independent Western Australian distillery. Released in 2015, this gin is made with a one-shot method and bottled in small batches.
The one-shot method means that the gin is made without using any concentrate, only the master distillers recipe. The spirit contains a wild mix of flavours that are softly distilled in their custom copper stills, made in Germany.
Before bottling the gin, demineralised water is added to reach the desired alcohol content of 41.5%.
