The Glengyle Distillery Kilkerran Work In Progress 7 Bourbon Cask Strength is the 7th release in the work in progress series by the Glengyle Distillery. This single malt is matured for 11 years in Sherry wood which gives it its the rich, fruity character. It harbors a wonderful aroma of orange zest, poached zest with hints of caramalisation. The palate is sweet with hints of bitterness which goes wel with the peat smoke. The finish is medium in length, which turns creamy and sweet.
