Guillaume Drouin has created this hand-crafted Gin using the art of blending developed for classic spirits. It is produced by distillation in small copper pot stills of a bunch of fruits and flowers, with a dominant of Juniper, raspberry, blackcurrant and apple. Each botanical is distilled separately before being blended in unique proportions for a batch of 8850 bottles.
