Distilled in 2008, this Linkwood single malt spent the following 10 years in a pair of hogsheads, where it matured soundly. Signatory stepped in after a decade and bottled the Speysider at 46% ABV for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection - so unsurprisingly it was bottled without chill filtering.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Soft with distinct vanilla flavors, soft butterscotch and orchard fruits.
PALATE: Creamy and fruity with apple, peach blossom and subtle spice.
FINISH: Vanilla and oak with spicy hints.
