Hailing from Margaret River, SouWester draws upon its name from the sea breeze that blows across the west coast of Australia during summer - rightfully named SouWester.
SouWester uses locally found ingredients to make their exceptional gin. They use finger limes and saltbush to capture the rugged flavours of the South West coastal plains.
The botanicals are distilled using South West rainwater before the gin is aged in French Oak barrels. These barrels were once used to mature Fraser Gallop Estate’s Ice Pressed Chardonnay.
Every bottle is numbered and bottled by hand in the beautiful Margaret River region.
