The Balvenie 14 Year Caribbean Cask was created with great precision by the expert in single malt whiskys David Stewart. This particular whisky is matured over 14 years in traditional oak whisky casks. They are then left to ripen in casks that previously aged Caribbean rum, for a deeper flavor. On the nose, it has strong hints of tropical fruits like passion fruit and creamy toffee. This gives out the flavour of delicious sweetness from the sweet vanilla with notes of apple, mango and orange. This expression is mouth-coating with a vanilla-focused, lingering finish.
