It has been triple distilled, which gives the spirit its light, fruity and grassy aromas. Matured for 12 years exclusively in bourbon casks, the 12 Year Old edition has keen flavors of vanillas and clove, along with hints of apples and pears and a tad bit of peppery spice, barley and chocolate.
