To the nose, it is delicate, with strong hints of citrus and honey to the palate. anCnoc uses age-old traditions and practices in the whisky making craft to produce its delectable whisky. Matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, it is soft and aromatic to the nose. To the palate, it is initially sweet with a mouthful of fruitiness, but this is later overcome by a smooth, warm finish, making the perfect whisky for any occasion.
