Whisky Overview:
The Balbair 2000 Single Malt which is bottled after sampling thousands of barrels, to ensure the best tasting malts. For a whisky, it is full of flavor, with an explosion of flavors acquired from pear, apple strudel, coconut and honeyed vanilla, giving it a fruity and nutty essence. On the nose, hints of honey and vanilla are detected, which comes from the years of maturation in American ex-bourbon oak barrels. It is sweet on the palate, with floral notes, coupled with a hint of coconut and spice. These complex mixtures give the whisky a lasting, smooth finish.
