The Glenmorangie La Santa is a luxurious, full-bodied whisky that is aged for twelve years. The whisky spends ten years being matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before it is then transferred to Oloroso and PX Sherry casks to be matured for an additional two years.
These casks are carefully selected from Jerez, Spain to ensure excellence is always guaranteed. The Gaelic translation for Lasanta is passion and warmth, which is what you can expect to find in the sweet aromas of this whisky including smooth chocolate, honeycomb and caramel toffee.
You will taste walnuts, butterscotch and sweet sherry flavoured sultanas with a chocolate, hazelnut finish.
