Tasting notes:
Colour: Yellow gold.
Aroma: There is no mistaking the earthy peat which is well complimented by the sweetness of sultanas & hints of caramel.
Palate: Medicinal with obvious peat notes. Surprisingly still quite sweet (perhaps due to the Oloroso sherry cask influence) with vanilla notes.
Finish: A profile that goes on forever with toffee, spice & smoke.
Alcohol Percentage: 48%.
