What makes this whisky unique is that t is fully matured in Sherry casks, thus giving it, its delicious rich and spiced character from the elegant oak barrels. It reminds you of Christmas cake with icing, sweet sultana, cherries, nuts and nutmeg with a ginger spice. On the palate it is rich & sweet with a strong Sherry character, with layers of fruitcake with nutty hints. It has a vibrant, long-lasting of fruit cake with a warming spice.
