White Knuckle Gin is developed locally in Western Australia. The Gin is made 50 km Northeast of Perth at Gidgie Distilleries, Gidgegannup.
The Aboriginal people knew Gidgegannup as “the place where spears are made”. White Knuckle try to embody this meaning and endeavour to lead the Australian spirit industry by “the tip of the spear”. And they’ve proven to do this so far - picking up a gold medal at the 2017 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards (ADSA).
White Knuckle use a custom-designed Arnold Holstein German copper pot still with a 150L capacity.
Their ingredients are inspired by the Western Australian ‘bush tucker’ botanicals including Quandong seed, Bush Tomato and locally sourced citrus.
