Tasting notes:
Colour: Pale straw with a slight green shade.
Aroma: A lively upfront palate of wonderful stone fruit notes, in particular peach. A slight nut hint in the background with a citrus/lemon/lime undertone.
Palate: A medium bodied white wine which has all the aroma influences on the palate. Slightly creamy but the peach pulls through with a slight zesty edge.
Finish: The peach continues to a medium dry finish.
Serving Suggestion: A creamy vegetable soup will compliment the Bosworth Chardonnay very nicely.

Product Description:
The Bosworth Chardonnay gets special wine-making treatment; it is picked and then pressed straight to expensive French barrels (hogsheads – 300 litres). The wine goes through a natural ferment once in barrel which means it relies on the natural yeasts from the vineyard to begin fermentation. Once through ferment the wine stays in barrel on what are known as high solids (‘sur lie’). The wine is then racked and put to bottle and allowed to rest before release.
